Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Tax Accountant to join our dynamic team. This position is designed for a professional with extensive experience in tax preparation and planning, particularly for high-net-worth individuals and various entities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with tax regulations while providing expert advice to clients on tax strategies. Key Responsibilities Prepare and review complex tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and LLCs. Manage tax planning strategies to optimize client tax positions and minimize liabilities. Conduct thorough research on tax regulations and changes to ensure compliance and provide accurate guidance to clients. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor on tax-related matters. Assist with audits and respond to inquiries from tax authorities as needed. Collaborate with team members to improve processes related to tax preparation and planning. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field. CPA certification is required; EA designation is a plus. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on tax. Strong understanding of tax laws, regulations, and compliance for various entities including S Corps, C Corps, Partnerships, and LLCs. Experience in tax planning and preparation for high-net-worth individuals. Proficient in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
