Job Description Job Description We are seeking a Loan Officer Assistant to join our team! Responsibilities: 1. Loan Application & Client Support Assist loan officers in gathering borrower details and completing applications Communicate with borrowers for necessary documentation Outline basic loan process steps and timelines (non-advisory) Track application progress and follow up to prevent delays Schedule calls and disclosures for the loan officer 2. Documentation & File Management Review loan files for accuracy before submission Organize borrower documents in LOS (e.g., Encompass, Calyx) Upload and index documents per lender requirements Ensure compliance with document standards 3. Disclosure & Compliance Support Prepare and send initial and redisclosure packages Verify timely disclosure delivery (TRID) Monitor compliance with relevant regulations Document borrower intent and flag compliance issues 4. Processing & Underwriting Coordination Submit loan files to processing and underwriting Clearly communicate conditions to borrowers Collect and submit conditions promptly Coordinate with title companies and appraisers 5. Pipeline Management & Reporting Update pipeline status in LOS and CRM Monitor rate lock expirations and deadlines Assist with pipeline reporting and identify bottlenecks 6. Professional Standards Maintain borrower confidentiality Adhere to company policies and regulations Represent the company professionally Stay updated on lender guidelines Qualifications: - Previous experience in finance, banking, or other related fields - Familiarity with financial and lending practices - Ability to build rapport with clients - Strong analytical and mathematical skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - 2 years experience required - Spanish Speaker Preferred Company Description At Pied Piper Group, our story is not just about building houses; it’s about building futures.
