admin assistant to join our 4 person strong team. We are located in
the South Suburbs of Chicago. Our ideal candidate is a
self-starter, motivated, and reliable. Excellent verbal and written
communications skills required in both English and Spanish
(desired). Benefits: No weekends and most holidays off.
Responsibilities Field telephone calls Receive and direct members
and visitors Maintain and coordinate schedules, appointments, and
calendars Create spreadsheets, presentations, and marketing
materials Sort and scan business mail Maintain an organized filing
system Conduct internet research Place orders for office equipment
or business needs Enter data into reports as needed Create email
and postal mail campaigns Qualifications Exceptional attention to
detail Ability to organize and create orderly systems Experienced
in computer technology that includes excel, google docs,
powerpoint, and social media marketing Adaptable to shifting
on-site environments, with availability to work from different
corporate locations as needed Proactive administrative support with
the ability to manage on-site logistics across multiple locations
Once a month early evening networking event and once a month
