(Includes $2 Shift Differential) Bilingual - Pay from $23 to $28

Shift Differential) Position Responsibilities / Minimum
Requirements Process customer orders and inquiries in a
collaborative call center using world-class technology. Communicate
with customers over phone, email and chat. Help customers navigate
Uline's website and online ordering. Become a product and solutions
expert! We’ll equip you to answer product, pricing and shipping
questions quickly and confidently. High school diploma or
equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred. Prior customer service
experience is a plus , but we’ll train you to provide legendary
service for our customers! For Bilingual (Spanish) role - fluent in
both verbal and written forms. Customer Service Team Lead English
or Bilingual - Pay from $28 to $35 per hour Position
Responsibilities / Minimum Requirements Coach and develop Customer
Service Representatives in all areas including product knowledge,
policies and procedures as well as performance metrics. Review
phone, email and other customer interactions to evaluate quality,
track results and provide coaching and performance reviews for
increased success. Provide feedback to management on processes
improvements that increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Facilitate team meetings and one-on-one sessions to communicate
policy updates, company information and provide training and
coaching. Handle escalated customer issues and provide weekly
support for customer interactions. High School diploma or
equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree preferred. 3 years of
customer service experience. 2 years of experience in a leadership
/ supervisory role preferred. For Bilingual (Spanish) role - fluent
in both verbal and written forms. Customer Service Management
Trainee Pay from $25 to $30 per hour Position Responsibilities /
Minimum Requirements Master all aspects of customer service
management through a comprehensive hands-on training program.
Manage and develop a team of customer service representatives by
setting clear goals, evaluating team performance and providing
constructive feedback. Review department procedures and standards
to identify areas for improvement. Bachelor’s degree. Strong track
record of customer-focused service, teamwork and attention to
detail. Prior leadership / management experience is a plus.
