Job Description Job Description About the Role We are seeking a
detail-oriented, customer-focused Customer Service Representative
to join a dynamic team supporting fleet operations. This role is
not high call volume; instead, it is a heavy email and case
management position requiring strong written communication,
research skills, and problem-solving abilities. You will work
closely with internal departments and account managers to resolve
customer issues, provide vehicle-related support, and ensure a
high-quality experience for drivers and clients. Key
Responsibilities Manage a high volume of customer emails and
Salesforce cases Support account managers with tasks related to
fleet operations Assist drivers with vehicle issues (ex: impounded
vehicles, service needs, missing info) Conduct research to resolve
customer inquiries and think outside the box to identify solutions
Communicate with various internal teams daily through MS Teams Make
outbound follow-up calls as needed Update customer information in
real time while multitasking across multiple systems Utilize
internal systems for vehicle selectors, billing updates, report
generation, insurance card distribution, and driver data changes
Contact drivers via phone/email to collect missing details Required
Qualifications 2 years of customer service experience in an office
environment Strong written and verbal communication skills High
attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability Proficiency
with computers, MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), and navigating
multiple databases Typing speed of 40 WPM (test required) High
school diploma Comfortable with outbound calls Ability to work
fully onsite Preferred Experience Salesforce experience Work
Environment 100% onsite in Schaumburg, IL Business casual

position based out of Schaumburg, IL. Pay and Benefits The pay
range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility
requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
