What You’ll Do: We’re looking for a Senior Production Manager to
join our Marketing & Communications team in New York. In this role,
you’ll be instrumental in scaling and supporting Nexxen U—our
flagship educational program that transforms advertisers into media
planning experts across linear, CTV, and digital video. This
position is a unique blend of creative content development and
technical production management. On the creative side, you’ll help
craft compelling educational content, write scripts, and
collaborate closely with our design team to bring ideas to life. On
the production side, you’ll manage external partners responsible
for filming, editing, and animation, while also overseeing content
organization and updates within Skilljar, our Learning Management
System (LMS). Reporting to the Senior Marketing Director, you’re a
creative thinker and doer—equally comfortable generating big ideas
and bringing them to life. You’re excited to help shape a
best-in-class learning experience for the advertising industry.
Some travel may be required for on-location shoots outside of NYC.
Content Strategy & Creation: Develop, script, and implement
educational content that is engaging, informative, resonates with
the target audience, and helps achieve Nexxen U business objectives
Collaborate with brand designers, video editors, and animators to
bring polished and creative content to life Project Management:
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities and
resources effectively Develop and maintain production workflows to
ensure timely delivery of projects Coordinate with external vendors
to schedule and oversee on-site filming Oversee end-to-end
production processes, inclusive of editing and art
direction—ensuring quality, consistency, and on-time completion
Conduct thorough reviews of content and production processes to
maintain high standards of quality and consistency LMS Management:
Manage the backend of the LMS, ensuring content is properly
uploaded, categorized, and accessible to users Required
Qualifications 5 years of experience in video content creation,
both short and long-form—with a portfolio of work that demonstrates
these capabilities Exceptional storytelling and writing abilities
Experience in end-to-end production process across a wide range of
projects and project types Ability to manage multiple projects
simultaneously and meet deadlines, with a proven track record of
delivering high-quality content Excellent communication and
collaboration skills Able to work collaboratively across multiple
lines of business, teams, and projects Preferred Qualifications
Experience with LMS backend management and content deployment
Experience in project management and familiarity with project
management tools Familiarity with data analytics tools and their
application in content strategy In support of pay transparency and
equity, the minimum and maximum full-time annual base salary for
this role is $90,000-$110,000 at the time of posting. While this is
our reasonable expectation this is not a guarantee of compensation
or salary, actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of
factors including but not limited to skill set, level of
experience, education, certifications, responsibility, and
geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations
will be subject to the pay range associated with that location. We
