Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A Speech
Language Pathologist position is available for the upcoming school
year in the Naperville, IL area, serving K-12 students with a focus
on elementary grades. This full-time, contract role offers a
flexible schedule aligned with school hours and the opportunity to
provide essential speech and language services in both general
education and special education settings, including support for
students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Key Responsibilities:
Deliver speech-language therapy to a caseload of 35-40 students
based primarily in elementary schools Collaborate with educators
and staff to support students in general education and special
education classrooms Develop and implement individualized treatment
plans Maintain accurate records and participate in orientation and
ongoing support sessions Adapt therapy strategies to meet diverse
student needs Qualifications: Valid Speech Language Pathologist
licensure (SLP - CCC, SLP - CFY) with eligibility for school-based
practice Recent graduates accepted; supervision provided for
Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates Comfort working with
students across varying needs, including those in special education
and with ASD Strong communication and organizational skills
Employment Details: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, W-2 employment
status Annual contract for the school year with option to renew

Compensation for this position ranges from $36.40 to $66.40.
