Job Description:

The Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer will provide additional engineering support to the Identity and Access Management Team at Client. The primary responsibility is to support Client's IAM platform, including day-to-day support and limited project work related to system enhancements. This role will involve troubleshooting incidents, onboarding applications, assisting with role-based access control implementation, and providing technical documentation.Key Responsibilities:

• Review, triage, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents associated with Client's Identity and Access Management platform.
• Identify, track, and resolve problems related to identity incidents.
• Onboard applications into Client's Identity platform, including setting up apps in Omada and Entra ID.
• Assist in the implementation of role-based access controls (RBAC).
• Write technical documentation for Client's Global Technical Support Team.
• Support Sr. Engineers and Architects in limited project work related to IAM.
• Monitor the health of Client's Identity Platform to ensure seamless operations.Required Qualifications:
  • Proven experience with identity platforms such as Omada, SailPoint, Savient, and Microsoft Identity Manager.
  • Strong knowledge of Entra ID and Active Directory.
  • Experience in implementing and managing Role-Based Access Controls (RBAC).
  • Familiarity with conducting User Access Reviews.
  • Proficiency in using the ServiceNow platform for ticketing and incident management.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Preferred Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field is preferred.
    • Experience in a similar role within a large organization, particularly in IAM-related activities.
    • Knowledge of security best practices and regulatory compliance.Certifications (if any):Certifications in relevant identity management platforms are preferred.
