Requirements Summary You'll excel in this role if you have a
bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field and at least 3
years of experience in controls and automation. A background in
automation or integration services is highly valued, along with
strong proficiency in troubleshooting and programming PLCs and
HMIs-especially using Allen-Bradley and Siemens platforms. Position
Overview We're hiring a Controls Engineer for a leading industrial
automation and robotics integrator that designs, builds, and
supports custom automation solutions. The role centers on
troubleshooting and programming PLC/HMI systems, designing control
and power systems, integrating safety and network infrastructure,
and supporting system testing and startup. Key Responsibilities
Design electrical systems for control and power distribution.
Write, test, and troubleshoot PLC and HMI programs. Document and
organize programs using standard methods. Set up machine safety
systems and industrial networks. Work with engineers to ensure
smooth system integration. Assist with testing, debugging, and
system startup activities. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in
Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Control Systems Engineer in
industrial automation Proficient in PLC and HMI programming,
especially with Allen-Bradley and Siemens platforms Strong
troubleshooting skills with hands-on experience in control logic
and system diagnostics Solid understanding of electrical design,
machine safety standards, and industrial networks (EtherNet/IP,
