SUMMARY Process Engineer II will design and optimize complex
manufacturing processes, tools, and fixtures. The role requires a
deep understanding of design principles, proficiency in CAD
software, and the ability to work on more complex projects.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Performs safe operations by
adhering to safety procedures and regulations. Participates in
performance improvement activities with the manufacturing teams as
needed. Provides technical support for manufacturing, material, and
subcontracting in the post-PO phase. Validates and creates
manufacturing models using 2D drawings, scanning data, and
specifications to ensure manufacturability and dimensional
accuracy. Assists in researching and analyzing materials and
features relevant to contract manufacturing projects. Develops and
presents design layouts to assess project feasibility and
manufacturability. Participates in and conducts design reviews with
customers and manufacturing teams to ensure compliance with
technical specifications and quality standards. Continuously
expands knowledge of contract manufacturing principles and industry
best practices. Generates Purchase Requisitions for needed
materials and components. Prepares and maintains accurate
design/manufacturing model documentation, including CAD models and
any applicable drawings and files data according to Company
standards. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to address
design-related issues. Stays updated on emerging technologies,
materials, and design methodologies. Data entry using an enterprise
resource planning (ERP) system, which includes detailed routing and
a detailed bill of materials. The above list reflects the general

QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering,
industrial engineering, mechanical engineering technology, or 2
years of experience in process engineering, estimating, or a
similar role in a manufacturing environment. Strong background in
machining, blueprint reading, and geometric dimensional and
tolerancing (GD&T). Computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) and
computer-aided design (CAD) experience. Strong computer literacy,
written and verbal communication, and project management skills.
Strong teamwork skills. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience in
computer numerical control (CNC) machining. 3-dimensional modeling
experience. ERP experience. Controlled-unclassified information
(CUI) and International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR)
experience. Powermill experience. Solidworks experience. PHYSICAL
