Do you thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are seeking a Maintenance Tech for our 2nd shift operations. This role offers plenty of overtime opportunities for those looking to increase their income. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our manufacturing operations. Responsibilities: As a Permanent Maintenance Tech, you will be responsible for a wide range of duties, including but not limited to: 1. Performing routine and preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure continuous operation. 2. Troubleshooting and repairing issues with VFDs, rollers, electrical, and packaging systems. 3. Reading and interpreting equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service. 4. Diagnosing problems, replacing or repairing parts, testing and making adjustments. 5. Using a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment in performing duties. 6. Complying with safety regulations and maintaining clean and orderly work areas. 7. Participating in continuous improvement initiatives and suggesting ways to streamline and improve processes. Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need the following qualifications: 1. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing environment. 2. Proven experience working with VFD, electrical, and packaging systems. 3. Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail. 4. Proficiency in using various tools, including hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment. 5. Strong understanding of safety regulations in a manufacturing setting. 6. Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders. 7. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 9.
