Contract Shift: Full-Time 2nd Shift: Monday to Friday, 4:30 PM – 1:30 AM (includes 10% shift differential) Pay Rate: $27.00 – $33.00/hr (based on skill level); 10% shift differential for 2nd shift Job Summary We are seeking experienced CNC Machinists to join a 100% employee-owned company supporting global electrical infrastructure. This role involves operating Mazak and Okuma CNC machinery, ensuring part quality, and meeting production targets in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities • Operate CNC Turning, Vertical, and Horizontal machining centers • Interpret and work from detailed blueprints • Use precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers • Meet standard production output metrics • Deburr and clean parts using power tools • Inspect parts during and after production for quality assurance • Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and improve processes Machinery/Equipment Used • CNC Turning Centers • CNC Vertical and Horizontal Machining Centers • Mazak and Okuma machines • Power tools for deburring • Calipers, Micrometers, and Height Gauges Required Qualifications • 3 years of CNC machining experience • Experience with Mazak and/or Okuma CNC machinery preferred • Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately • Proficiency in precision measuring tools • Strong math and detail orientation • Physically able to lift 25–50 lbs regularly and work on feet throughout shift • This is an E-Verify position Benefits While on Contract Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance (after 30 days) 401(k) with Company Match (after 60 days) Company-Paid Life & AD&D Insurance Voluntary Benefits (Accident, Critical Illness, Hospital) & Pet Insurance (after 30 days) Employee Assistance Program (EAP) – immediate access Opportunity for permanent hire by client Note: Eligibility is based on working 30 hours per week.
