The ideal candidate for this position will have the ability to--enhance the human spirit--on a daily basis, rises to the challenge of managing their community to financial, regulatory and operational excellence. This person can manage the day to day business office, as well as, drive sales.
Requirements:

• 
  
• Proven track record in Sales and revenue/expense management
  
• Excellent verbal and communication skills
  
• A desire to make a difference in the lives of seniors and a commitment to meet the needs of our residents
  
• Successful experience as an Executive Director for An Assisted Living Community
