of the NSM District Sales GH Large Mgr is to generate profitable
growth and increased market share of large group cases within an
assigned geographical region. This role comprehends the overall
corporate sales strategy and effectively develops and implements a
strategic business plan to meet these objectives. This role will
meet the regional sales goals and expectations for the territory by
effectively communicating sales goals, managing a team of sales
consultants in the field, and developing and maintaining strategic
partnerships in their defined sales territory.Key Responsibilities
* Support and develop external broker relationships across the
sales territory * Oversees and manages the communication of sales
data and other key information to ensure distribution leaders and
producers are well educated, motivated, and supported in a timely
manner * Provides leadership, hiring, training, on-going
development to the Sales Consultants * Responsible for maintaining
a positive working relationship with Allstate benefit sales
support, underwriting, compliance, policyholder services, premium
administration, ITS, commission accounting, home office personnel
and Allstate field management * Coaches and mentors SC's in support
of career progression, provides feedback on knowledge, skill, and
leadership development opportunities, and suggests ongoing
education opportunities * Has responsibility for generating
profitable growth according to company standards Education * 4 year
Bachelors Degree (Preferred) Experience * 7 or more years of
experience (Preferred) Supervisory Responsibilities * This job has
