The Leadership Development function is dedicated to building

challenges of tomorrow. The Leadership Development team ties a wide
range of learning initiatives, assessments, coaching, and mentoring
programs together with a foundation that defines EY's leadership
culture and meets our critical business goals.The opportunityAs the
Leadership Development: Operations and Change Management Lead,
you'll work with various stakeholders including Leadership
Development Leads, EY Global, other EY US Talent functions, and
business leaders to develop and maintain a clear program and
project management strategy. You will ensure consistency of
messaging and communications while developing change initiatives
that promote adoption and use of leadership development
programs.You'll also support Leadership Development Team Leads in
building a strong foundation for EY's leadership development
philosophy and culture, as well as deploy creative and impactful
leadership development solutions and programs that will expand and
evolve over time.Your key responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of leadership
development projects and initiatives, ensuring timely, within
scope, and within budget completion.
- Support leads across the leadership development function and
learning teams to develop materials and execute projects.
- Lead change management initiatives related to leadership
development, including stakeholder communication, training, and
support to facilitate smooth transitions.
- Provide insights and support to ensure programs are adaptable
to change and effectively implemented within timelines.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, manage
expectations, and align on project goals and change
initiatives.
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation
strategies.
- Establish metrics and deploy measurement programs for program
effectiveness and project success, including timelines, budgets,
and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Work with the Leadership Development Leader to manage
resources, including team assignments, budgets, external vendors,
and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with communication resources to develop and execute
communication plans.
- Support the development of a common leadership language and
holistic leadership offerings.
- Align leadership development journeys and learning initiatives
with organizational goals and employee aspirations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the impact of
initiatives and identify improvement opportunities.
- Lead and develop the Leadership Development operations
team.
- Develop team members and counselees.
- Coordinate with L&D operations team.
- Work across global teams and time zones, which may require
non-standard hours. Some travel may be necessary.Skills and

Excel, Teams.
- Teamwork and leadership qualities.
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience, with at least 5 in
leadership development.
- Proven track record in creating and executing leadership
development strategies within complex environments.
- Ability to influence and build relationships with senior
