• Schedule: Full Time, Monday - Friday, Days
• Hospital: Remote
• Location: Off-siteWhat You Will DoDirect and oversee clinical research activities.
  • Lead nursing research efforts addressing the system's priorities of patient safety, health equity, and nurse well-being.
  • Inform quality improvement efforts through data analysis.
  • Publish and present research findings.
  • Train and support nurses to conduct research.
  • Pursue grant funding, training, and research grants.
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, standards, and strategic plans for research and evidence-based practice.
  • Plan and manage financial operations for research grants.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external sources, including other departments, research institutions, regulatory agencies, sponsors, funding sources, and the scientific/research community.
  • Ensure activities comply with federal, state, local, and internal regulations and standards.What You Will NeedLicensure / Certification / Registration:
    • Preferred Credentials: Registered Nurse, Certification in Research Professional, Research Professional.Education:
      • BSN and PhD in Nursing required.Work Experience:
        • 5 years of experience required.
        • 10 years of experience preferred.
        • 2 years of leadership or management experience required.
        • 5 years of leadership or management experience preferred.Additional Preferences
          • Strong quantitative experience highly desired.
