• Establishing and maintaining customer service
• Hiring and developing store personnel
• Managing all aspects of merchandising and inventory control
• Controlling expenses and shrink
• Evaluating and reacting to performance issuesThe position requires soft lines merchandising expertise, compliance with policies and procedures, the ability to multitask, and strong communication, customer service, and leadership skills.Minimum Requirements:Must have at least 3 years of big box retail management experience working with soft lines. Transportation required. Must be available for evenings, weekends, and varied hours based on the needs of the business.
