a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as a Director, New
Business Development. The ideal candidate will possess a strong

leading efforts to drive change and innovation.The candidate should

Central Growth Director will be responsible and expected to be the
master the work.Our Director should focus their time and attention
across team opportunities, managing the team/career goals,

This person will think holistically about the bigger picture vs.
the weeds and is a positive role model to the team. The Director is
expected to navigate and problem-solve conflicts, manage
communication with executive leadership team and have a strong
personal brand that aligns and enhances agency culture. In addition
to this, the Director will step in to lead pitches across the BD
teams and own relationships with each BD team. If you are
