$5000 Sign-on Bonus:Family Centered Hospice is currently looking to add a compassionate and experienced Hospice Nurse to its interdisciplinary team. As a Hospice RN you will provide quality service assisting patients and families with end of life care with the utmost respect and dignity. You will utilize a holistic nursing approach to assess patient and family/caregivers physical, psycho-social, environmental, spiritual and financial needs relative coordinating appropriate care. You will develop, implement, and update the plan of care. Consult with and educate patient and family relative to disease process, care techniques, and prevention/treatment of symptoms.
