  Provide direct patient care. -
  
  
  
• 
  Documentation confirming all care provided to patients and residents with in Skilled Acute Care, Long Term Care, Rehabilitation, Assisted Living or Memory Care units as assigned. -
  
  
  
• 
  Provide direction to all Nurse Aides providing direct patient care and assuring that all job duties and responsibilities are successfully completed. -
  
  
  
• 
  Medication Management -
  
  
  
• 
  Providing a high level of customer service to patients, family members and internal employees -
  
  
  
  
  -License/Certification:

  RN (Required)
  
  
  
  
  
  
  
  
  - - Qualifications:
  
  
  
  
• 
  Current, valid Registered Nurse licensure within the state of Illinois
  
  
  
• 
  One year of experience in Long Term Care, Rehabilitation, Assisted Living or Memory Care facility preferred.

  Current CPR certification
  
  
  
• 
  Excellent Customer Services Skills with a positive, community driven mindset.
  
  
  
• 
  Requires candidate to have had no abuse convictions.
