We're Hiring: Mental Health Specialist Community Support Team (CST)
Are you ready to take the next step in your career? Envision
Unlimited is seeking a passionate Mental Health Specialist CST to
join our multidisciplinary team. In this role, you will provide
trauma-informed therapy services to clients who are dually
diagnosed with a mental illness and developmental disability.

- Maintain confidentiality in compliance with the Illinois Mental
Health Code and Confidentiality Act.
- Participate in required training seminars, keeping up-to-date
with trends in case management (15 hours/year minimum).
- Share insights from external trainings with the clinical
team.
- Develop and update clinical group curricula and
activities.
- Attend required agency trainings and committee meetings.
- Assist with special client events as needed.
- Represent Envision Unlimited professionally and inform
supervisors of any safety concerns or client risks.
- Participate in weekly supervision to review progress and
address concerns.
- Adapt to changes in program needs and schedules.SUPERVISORY

face-to-face contact.Requirements:QUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job
successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential
duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are
representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
EDUCATION, SKILLS, and/or EXPERIENCE
- Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology or
related field. Will consider bachelor level staff with extensive
mental health experience.
- Experience with clients with substance abuse issues and/or CADC
a plus. Experience in working directly with clients with severe
mental or physical illness also preferred.
- Must be able to work with diverse populations with
multi-faceted needs.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, decision
making, problem solving, computer and organizational skills needed,
with demonstrated ability to engage clients.
- Individual must be able to work both autonomously and within a
team dynamic.
- Valid driver's license, with insured automobile to travel to
multiple locations required. Knowledge of Medicaid rule 132/140 a

- Base Salary: $50,000 per year + additional quarterly
