Registered Nurse (RN) | Medical-Surgical Location: Janesville, WI Agency: Adelphi Medical Staffing Pay: $61 per hour Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Summary: Ref : M-RN-293332 Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Med Surg/Float Job Type: Contract/Travel Start Date: ASAP Location: Janesville, WI Shift Type: Nights Rate: $2,182/36-hours Requirements: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license Current BLS certification required (ACLS preferred, as applicable). Recent Medical-Surgical nursing experience required. Ability and willingness to float to other units as needed. Strong clinical judgment, communication, and time-management skills. Responsibilities: Provide direct nursing care to Medical-Surgical patients. Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions. Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments. Float to other units as needed. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team. Educate patients and families on care and discharge plans. Maintain accurate EMR documentation and follow safety standards.
