be considered. A specialized registered nurse opportunity in the
operating room offers a dynamic environment focused on
ophthalmology and robotic-assisted general surgery. This position
requires proficiency with Epic systems and hands-on experience with
the DaVinci Surgical Robot. Candidates should bring at least two
years of professional practice, including a prior travel contract,
to excel in this role. Location:Situated just 28 miles from
downtown Chicago, Elgin, IL, provides a comfortable living

Qualifications: Licensed RN with an Illinois nursing license
Minimum of 2 years' operating room experience with competency in
ophthalmology and robotic general surgery applications Hands-on
familiarity with Epic electronic health records system Previous
travel nursing assignment preferred Valid BLS certification
Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality perioperative nursing care
in ophthalmology and robotic-assisted surgeries Collaborate
effectively within a multidisciplinary surgical team Maintain
compliance with clinical protocols and safety standards Support
patient preparation and post-operative care processes Participate
in on-call rotations, remaining within 30 minutes of the hospital
when on call Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:30
PM 40 hours per week, four-day shifts Weekend on-call rotations
required (8-10 days within assignment) Assignment Details: Contract
position lasting approximately 8 weeks Orientation available any
weekday prior to start date Pre-employment documentation including
CBC, differential smear, and QuantiFERON Gold required within 90
