Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational
Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. This contract
opportunity is for a licensed Occupational Therapist to work within
an elementary school setting in Milwaukee, WI. This role involves
supporting the developmental and therapeutic needs of
elementary-aged students within the academic environment. The
position starts as soon as possible and continues through the end
of the current school year. Key Responsibilities: Conduct
individualized occupational therapy evaluations and develop
treatment plans tailored to each students unique needs. Collaborate
with teachers and school staff to integrate therapeutic strategies
into classroom activities. Monitor student progress and adjust
interventions accordingly. Maintain accurate and timely
documentation of therapy sessions and student outcomes. Participate
in team meetings and communicate effectively with parents and
educational professionals. Qualifications and Experience: Active
Occupational Therapy license in the state of Wisconsin is required.
Experience working with elementary-aged students in a school-based
setting preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to
engage with students, families, and school personnel. Ability to
adapt treatment approaches to a variety of learning environments.
