Start Date: ASAP About the Position Interventional Cardiology in
Chicago, Illinois This is an opportunity to join a long-standing
private cardiology practice with deep roots in the Chicago metro
area and a reputation for stability, collegiality, and zero
turnover. You will step directly into an established patient panel
following a recent retirement, with immediate procedural volume, a
defined partner track, and the chance to build long-term equity in
a group that has been together for years. The position is based

without the grind of a long commute. Practice Overview
Well-established private practice composed of interventional and
electrophysiology cardiologists Immediate access to a full patient
panel due to a physician's retirement More than 45 primary care
referral sources with minimal local competition Strong procedural
demand with consistent interventional volume Collegial,
physician-led culture with no recent turnover Schedule & Call
Typical workday from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm Balanced model with a
half-day in the hospital and a half-day in the clinic Call rotation
of 1:4 Predictable structure designed to support sustainability
Compensation & Partnership Competitive base salary with strong
earning potential Two-year path to partnership with no buy-in
required Ownership share and technical collections tied directly to
your patient panel Current partner earnings range from $900,000 to
