Ascension is seeking a dedicated and skilled Travel Nurse to join our dynamic healthcare team. This position involves traveling to various Ascension facilities to provide exceptional nursing care in different clinical settings. As part of our faith-based organization, you will play a critical role in embodying our mission to transform healthcare and deliver personalized, compassionate care. Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in various departments across multiple locations. Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records. Administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients. Advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention or provide case management. Liaise with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to provide holistic care. Adapt to diverse healthcare settings and participate in continuing education to improve patient care across our network. Proficiency in clinical skills with an ability to handle medical equipment. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to adapt to new environments and integrate with different healthcare teams. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Capability to perform under stress and provide care in emergency situations. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification.
