Job Description Lafayette - Full Time - Hours: Clinic hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. - Employed - New Graduates - Average Patients seen: Outpatient: 80 per week; Inpatient consults at one facility - Call Schedule: Consult only call schedule with no prenatal care and no deliveries - Sign-On Bonus - Compensation: - Competitive salary with a 2-year guarantee- Retention Bonus- bonus incentives - Benefits: - Paid malpractice- 27 days of Allowed Time Off plus 5 days for CME with an annual stipend- Full benefits package, including health, life, dental, vision, and legal insurance- Retirement options, including 403(b), 457(b), 401(a)- Short- and Long-Term Own Occupation Disability- Leadership development through board and committee opportunities - Additional Info: Interested candidate will join a consultative-only practice, with an established physician offering services such as: high-risk pregnancy consultation, routine and detailed fetal anatomic survey, genetic counseling, prenatal screening, and fetal diagnostic testing.Ideal candidate will provide maternal and fetal care with strong emphasis on prenatal diagnosis and treatment while maintaining compassionate, clinical excellence and patient satisfaction.- Strong referral base from network OB-GYNs-Possible outreach to surrounding areas- Level 3 NICUProcedures:- AmniocentesisPreferred, but not required procedures- Chorionic Villus Sampling (CVS)- Percutaneous Umbilical Cord Blood Sampling (PUBS)- Intrauterine TransfusionOn-site Equipment:- GE Voluson E10- Viewpoint Software- Riley Children's Fetal Center only 25 minutes away- Full-time Genetic Counselor on staff
