Job Description:
SSM Health, a Catholic, not-for-profit health system dedicated
to providing compassionate care, is seeking a Registered Nurse
(Female) to bolster our diverse team focused on patient-centered
care and transforming lives. Operating across the Midwest within
our integrated health network, this role provides a crucial
interface between our patients and their health recovery and
management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to
our mission and a deep understanding of patient care dynamics in a
fast-paced medical setting. Provide direct nursing care in
accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of
the health system. Monitor patient health and maintain accurate
health records electronically. Administer medications and
treatments as prescribed and observe reactions. Educate patients
and families on illness prevention and health maintenance
practices. Participate in the development of patient management
plans, collaborating with a broad range of healthcare
professionals. Strong clinical skills with an emphasis on
patient-centered care Ability to work effectively in a
team-oriented environment Proficient with healthcare management
systems and electronic health records Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Registered Nurse (RN) license in the
state of practice. Basic Life Support (BLS) certified, Advanced
Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
