Job Description & Requirements Otolaryngology Physician StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $1746.00 - $1890.00 This facility is seeking an Otolaryngology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details & requirements for this opportunity: Schedule: Monday – Friday 8 AM – 5 PM, one week per month Practice Setting: Clinic Types of Cases: 50/50 mix pediatrics and adult; 20% Medicaid, 40% Medicare; Tubes, Fine needle aspiration (FNA biopsies), lesion removals, etcetera Credentialing Timeline: 60-90 days Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Epic Board Certified or truly Board Eligible (within 2 years of completing training program) Must have an active Illinois license Job Benefits AMN Healthcare typically arranges medical or dental malpractice insurance for the contractor providers we match to client opportunities.
