The paid training you need to learn, grow, and succeed! Essential Functions: Ensure housekeeping and laundry services as identified in the service plan(s) are completed in a timely manner. Maintain communication with residents and other staff as appropriate. Respond to scheduled or unpredictable needs and emergency calls from residents. Demonstrate professional, positive behavior and carry out responsibilities with integrity, treating clients, families, other LSSI workforce members, and collaborative organizations and/or individual in a dignified, respectful, honest, and fair manner. Position Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Minimum of 18 years of age required. One (1) year related experience preferred. Background check clearance, both criminal and Health Care Worker required. Certified in emergency resuscitation required. Completion of two-step Tuberculin skin test required. Demonstrated ability to communicate in a clear, comprehensible manner, both verbally and in writing.
