Physical Therapist Location: Janesville, WI Agency: Ambition 24Hours Pay: $1,695 per week Shift Information: Rotating - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Location: Rock Haven Setting: Rehabilitation / Skilled Nursing Facility Employment Type: Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 04/20/2026 End Date: 07/18/2026 Shift: 08:00 16:30 (Day Shift) Schedule: 7 days/week availability (facility scheduling) Guaranteed Hours 35 hours per week Pay Rate: $34,20-$39,90 per hour Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a 13-week contract assignment at a rehabilitation/skilled nursing facility. This role is ideal for a motivated PTA who can deliver high-quality therapy services and support patient recovery and mobility goals. Key Responsibilities Assist Physical Therapists in implementing treatment plans Provide therapeutic exercises and mobility training to patients Monitor patient progress and report updates to supervising therapist Maintain accurate and timely documentation Ensure compliance with facility policies and therapy standards Requirements Active PTA license (state required) Previous experience in rehab or skilled nursing preferred Ability to work flexible scheduling as needed by the facility Strong communication and patient care skills
