Job DescriptionMercedes-Benz of Orland Park is seeking a Product Concierge. In this role you will be the in-house product specialist utilizing communication skills to clearly demonstrate and explain high-technology features, such as navigation systems, entertainment and communication systems, and advanced safety and performance features. You will be the go-to person for customers and staff in regards to the setup, function, benefits and explanations of advanced Mercedes-Benz product features. Complete Benefits Package Includes:

    • Provide customers with product presentations and demonstrate features and benefits.
    • Educate the customer on features and benefits and ensure that they understand all of the vehicle's operating features.
    • Follow-up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction .
    • Monitor progression from initial sale, completion of accessories, and point of installation.
    • Exhibit a high level of professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction.
