Kitchen and Bath have been a family affair for decades as the Otten family runs several successful Kitchen and Bath Businesses across the country. Renato and Tim grew up in the industry working in their older brothers' kitchen and bath shops. The brothers learned about the industry from their brothers, but the most important lesson was that the business was not defined by the dollars but by how each team member was treated. Renato and Tim Otten founded Select Surfaces in 2009 to create a business that would not only change the standard in our industry but would provide opportunities for the team and clients. We are currently searching for a CNC Machine Operator. There is an opportunity to move up into the programmer position in a quick amount of time. Overall Responsibility Meet with the production manager to review design details and countertop selections. Produce accurate & precise products using our CNC machines. Key Areas of Responsibility Review every detail of the job with production manager Interpret schematics and CAD drawings Program the specifications of each piece into your machine Inspect the finished product for accuracy Maintain your machine and troubleshoot issues Report any major issues to management or the design team Qualifications Construction industry experience is desired High school diploma or GED certificate Vocational certificate (preferred) Experience with CNC machines cutting stone Strong analytical abilities Attention to detail Pay rate : $20-28 / HR.
