AM 4:30 PM with a 1-hour lunch break) Reports To: Director of
Retail Support Position Overview: Mancan Staffing is hiring in
Wheeling for a warm, friendly, and professional individual to serve
as the welcoming face of our organization. This role is responsible
for creating a positive and lasting first impression for customers,
manufacturers, vendors, and guests visiting our office. The
Customer Experience & CLC Coordinator will oversee the daily
operations of the Customer Learning Center (CLC), including
greeting visitors, coordinating events and meeting schedules,
maintaining meeting spaces, and supporting the day-to-day functions
of the facility. The ideal candidate is highly organized,
personable, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities while
providing excellent customer service. Essential Duties and
Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers, manufacturers,
vendors, employees, and guests in a professional, friendly, and
welcoming manner. Serve as the primary point of contact for
visitors and ensure an exceptional customer experience that
reflects the values. Coordinate and manage the scheduling of CLC
meeting rooms, events, and demonstrations. Maintain the daily
operations, appearance, and readiness of the Customer Learning
Center. Develop a working knowledge of store and facility equipment
including, but not limited to, POS systems, food service equipment,
ATM, and audiovisual equipment (training provided). Prepare simple
meals and assist with food service for meetings, events, and daily
operations as needed. Prepare and maintain daily store reports,
sales documentation, and financial records. Balance cash drawers
and make daily deposits in accordance with company procedures.
Ensure compliance with company policies regarding safety, security,
sales procedures, and recordkeeping. Assist with ordering,
receiving, and organizing merchandise and supplies as needed.
Maintain proper product merchandising and restocking to ensure
shelves and displays remain organized and fully stocked. Perform
physical tasks such as bending, stooping, crouching, reaching,
balancing, pushing, pulling, and lifting merchandise weighing up to
40 pounds. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store,
kitchen, meeting areas, and other shared spaces. Assist with a
variety of operational duties including preparing breakfast and
lunch, operating the cash register, stocking merchandise, and
supporting daily store functions. Perform additional duties as
assigned to support the overall success of the team and facility.
Qualifications and Skills: Friendly, outgoing personality with
strong customer service skills Excellent verbal communication and
interpersonal abilities Strong organizational and multitasking
skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic
computer and recordkeeping skills Willingness to learn and operate
