job. Previous experience with a pastry bag is preferred. On the job
training will be given to all employees. We believe the most
important ingredient of our cakes is the team that prepares them!
We value every employee! The froster is responsible for making the
NBC signature frosting and applying it to the full range of
products for walk-in, preordered and marketing orders. This person
must keep the display case fully stocked, maintain an ample supply
of samples and maintain appropriate par levels of additional cakes.
The froster is responsible for keeping the frosting station clean,
sanitized and running efficiently. Requirements: Must be able to
work mornings, weekdays, Saturdays & Sundays - Able to lift up to
50 lbs. - Possess a strong sense of teamwork - Takes initiative -
Has the ability to work under pressure - Has a strong sense of
pride in their work - Has good organizational skills - Understands
the importance of maintaining a clean work area Responsibilities,
but not limited to: - Frost all cakes - Abide by all NBC policies
and procedures - Uphold the NBC image and brand - Keep display case
stocked with all sized cakes - Make frosting - Keep frosting area
clean and sanitized according to local codes Job Type: Part-time
