Job Opportunity: Senior Manager of Global Payroll
LaSalle Network has partnered with a fast-growing Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) organization to hire a Senior Manager of Global Payroll on their HR Shared Services team.
Our client is seeking an experienced Sr. Manager, Global Payroll to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing for their global workforce. This individual will partner closely with Finance, HR, and third-party providers to implement and improve processes as they continue to expand internationally.
Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Manage end-to-end payroll processing across multiple countries, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local laws and regulations.
  
• Oversee relationships with global payroll vendors and ensure SLAs are met.
  
• Maintain and reconcile payroll records, including salaries, bonuses, deductions, and taxes.
  
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal controls across jurisdictions.
  
• Drive continuous improvement in payroll operations by identifying inefficiencies and recommending solutions.
  
• Provide guidance and training to internal stakeholders on payroll-related matters.
  
• Stay current with changes in international payroll laws and regulations.
  
• Manage payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  
• Lead or support new payroll system implementations or expansions into new regions.
  
  Requirements:
  
  • 
    
  • BA/BS in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
    
  • 8+ years experience in Payroll, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
    
  • Must have experience with global payroll outside of the US.
    
  • Experience working with third-party payroll vendors.
    
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
    
  • CPP certification preferred.
