Job Description Job Description Carpet/ Floor/Upholstery/Air Duct Cleaning Technician - Restoration Technician What is it like to be a Cleaning Technician/Restoration Technician at ServiceMaster DSI? We are looking for a skilled carpet, tile, upholstery and air duct cleaning technician. Must have experience and knowledge on cleaning carpet, tile and grout, upholstery and air duct cleaning. Must also have knowledge using a portable or truck mounted unit. Cross training will be provided as a Restoration Technician in water, fire, and mold, during slower working times. Job assignments can include specialty mitigation services, light demolition, water extraction, mold abatement, vandalism clean-up, fire and smoke damage mitigation, content move-outs and pack-ins, and content cleaning. As a Cleaning Technician/Restoration Technician, your role on the Team is to: Drive a company vehicle to locations designated by customers. Execute all work to meet or exceed applicable federal, state and local regulations and company and customer quality standards while providing world-class customer service. Become proficient in upsells and maintaining a client base. We love repeat clients! Whats in it for you?
