Our firm is seeking a Managing Attorney to increase business, boost revenue, and hold the legal team accountable while practicing our core values of Teamwork, Results, Integrity, Balance, and Excellence.

Responsibilities:
--- This is a supervisory position that helps hire, supervise and mentor our associate attorneys
--- Oversee law office business operations, including establishing the law firm structure, communicating and enforcing team values, and contributing to strategic business decisions to achieve our overall company goals
--- Ensure that the firm is achieving its short-term and long-term goals and client satisfaction by evaluating productivity and quality of service and making recommendations for improvement
--- Maintain and develop your client caseload (particularly handling complex cases) to continue your practice as an attorney
--- Build the firm's credibility, business development, and public relations opportunities by planning, organizing, and speaking at events such as webinars, media events, marketing initiatives, etc.
--- You will continue to practice law and develop other attorneys to ensure their goals are achieved by providing mentoring and coaching
--- You will be a part of something big! Our firm is looking to open new locations, and it is only up from here

Qualifications:
--- Admitted and in good standing with the Illinois Bar
--- At least 5 years of experience as an attorney in Family Law
--- Decision-making, public speaking, and supervisory experience are required
--- Superior proficiency in reviewing reports, budgets, and advanced computer skills
--- Portable book of business
