A company is looking for an Antitrust Attorney for a 6-month
remote assignment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide antitrust counseling on various issues, including monopoly
power and exclusivity
Assist with merger control, including analysis and regulatory
filings
Conduct contract reviews to ensure compliance with antitrust
laws
Qualifications & Skills:
4-6 years of experience in antitrust law, including merger
control
In-depth knowledge of U.S. antitrust principles
Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
Proficiency in PowerPoint is required
