The firm is seeking a Workers' Compensation Defense Attorney with 2-5 years of experience. The Workers’ Compensation Attorney will represent the interests of primarily government clients at hearings, depositions, and other proceedings. Successful candidates will have experience with gathering and reviewing medical records; taking depositions of medical experts; drafting pleadings, and other legal documents; and communicating with claims representatives. Candidates must have experience litigating workers compensation claims before the Illinois Workers’ Compensation Commission. Must be licensed to practice law in Illinois.
