Job Description Job Description Overview: 10-4 Logistics USA is seeking full-time W-2 Class A CDL drivers, including recent CDL school graduates and candidates with limited professional driving experience. Positions are available across OTR, regional, and dedicated fleets, primarily operating east of I-35. The company offers steady freight, reliable home time, late-model equipment, and comprehensive benefits beginning on day one. What we offer: Competitive weekly pay: $1,400 to $1,800 (exact pay varies by experience and route); pay issued weekly via direct deposit. Paid, fully supported training program for eligible recent CDL graduates (three to five weeks for candidates with at least 120 hours of instruction). Primary responsibilities: Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer in compliance with DOT and company regulations. Haul primarily no?touch dry van freight (approximately 70% drop?and?hook) for customers across the Eastern U.S. Execute scheduled pickups and deliveries while maintaining on?time performance. Maintain accurate ELD logs, trip reports, and DVIRs; perform and document daily pre?trip and post?trip inspections and report equipment issues promptly. Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and team members. Minimum qualifications: Valid Class A CDL, or recent CDL school graduate who has completed at least 120 hours of instruction and is eligible for company training. Satisfactory driving record demonstrating a commitment to safety. Ability to pass a DOT physical and pre?employment drug screen.
