recruiting full-time W-2 Class A CDL drivers based in Palatine, IL.
Candidates include recent CDL school graduates and individuals with
limited professional driving experience. Opportunities are
available across over-the-road (OTR), regional, and dedicated
fleets, primarily operating east of I?35. The company provides
steady freight, reliable home time, late-model equipment, and
comprehensive benefits beginning on day one. Compensation:
Competitive weekly pay ranging from $1,400 to $1,800 (exact pay
varies by experience and route); pay issued weekly via direct

supervised driving and competency evaluations prior to independent
assignments. Primary responsibilities: Safely operate a Class A
tractor-trailer in compliance with DOT and company regulations.
Transport primarily no-touch dry van freight, with approximately
70% drop-and-hook operations, for customers across the Eastern U.S.
Execute scheduled pickups and deliveries while maintaining on-time
performance. Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD)
records and trip reports. Perform required pre-trip and post-trip
inspections and report equipment issues promptly. Follow company
procedures and regulatory requirements while representing the
company professionally. Candidates sought: Full-time W-2 drivers
holding a Class A CDL, including recent CDL school graduates and
drivers with limited professional experience. Eligible recent
