Job Description Job Description We're currently hiring Warehouse Clerks for a new warehouse facility in McCook, IL Temp to Hire positions! Shift Hours: Monday - Thursday 6am - 4:30pm Monday - Friday 3pm -11pm Weekend shift: Friday- Sunday 5:30am - 6pm Pay Rate: $20-$24.50/hour Job Description: - Provide leadership to the department; assign daily work and set priorities. - Schedule inbound loads of customer product and production materials and supplies to facilitate production needs. - Schedule outbound shipments to meet customer due dates and requirements. - Assure accurate verification of all counts, quantities, and descriptions of products and materials shipped and received. - Assure safe and efficient handling of all products and materials. - Facilitate replenishment of product and materials to production lines. Requirements: - Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. May require the ability to write routine reports and correspondence. May require the ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. - Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. - Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
