  What We Are Looking For
  
  We are seeking a journeyman die maker to provide support to our stamping and assembly production areas. To be considered as a candidate you will need have experience in progressive stamping dies with a good understanding of preventative maintenance, changeovers, and troubleshooting of stamping dies, stamping presses, and assembly machinery.
  
  What You Will Do
  
  • Support production in stamping dies, stamping presses, and assembly areas
  • Perform preventative and regular maintenance on production equipment
  • Perform necessary stamping die changeovers and tooling repairs on multiple tools
  • Make spare parts and tooling for equipment
  • Assist in building dies and special tooling
  • Set up and run toolroom equipment making accurate details for machines and dies
  • Document all repair and modification work and operate all manual toolroom equipment
  • Participate in productivity and improvement groups
    What You Will Bring
    
    • High School diploma or equivalent
    • Required: 3-5 years Tool & Die experience
    • Required experience with Manual Surface Grinder, Manual Milling skills
    • Must be able to use inspection equipment (indicators, calipers, micrometers) to an appropriate degree of accuracy
    • Ability to read and interpret schematics, drawings, and blueprints
    • Ability to work with minimal supervision, meet deadlines and exhibit flexibility in a rapidly changing environment
    • Journeyman experience preferred
    • CAD and CAM Skills preferred
