We are looking for a listing specialist, someone who cares and connects with sellers.



--- Follow proven systems and models
--- Access to leads we receive a month
--- Coaching
--- Support from a team of people assisting you in all aspects of a transaction

Responsibilities:
--- Daily lead generation and follow up
--- Guide clients through the home selling process
--- Meet daily, weekly and monthly goals for productivity
--- Meet with sellers and help them get their homes sold
--- Develop and deploy your sphere of influence strategy (social networks, friends, family, etc.)

Qualifications:
--- Hold an active Illinois real estate license
--- Be willing to work full time
--- Weekend and evening hours required
--- Show good organizational and time management skills
--- Strong phone skills: the ability to set and close appointments over the phone
--- Exercise active listening and active questioning skills to build rapport and uncover client needs
