They are the point person for all the work involved in staging the dining area, while also ensuring our Guests have what they need for a memorable dining experience.What You'll DoGreet all Guests with hospitality and friendlinessActively communicate with all departments within the restaurant to ensure a memorable guest experienceAdhere to all Cooper's Hawk service standards and food handling proceduresPick up and deliver food orders to the table as assigned, as well for carry-out ordersEngage with Guests, fulfilling requests and answering questions about food, wine, and facilities in a friendly, helpful mannerMaintain knowledge of Cooper's Hawk menuEnsure dishes are stocked and available for table service and table silverware is ready for serviceMaintain a safe, clean, organized, and stocked work areaMaintain professional relationships and communicate clearly with all Guests, Managers and Team MembersFollow departmental checklists and standard operating procedures to ensure work areas are prepared for opening, mid-shift or closing in accordance with company guidelinesPerform other duties as assignedWhat You'll NeedMust represent Cooper's Hawk ValuesMust be at least 18 years of ageAn individual who thrives in a team-based environmentHas a passion for guest service and hospitality-focusedMust be able to read, write and understand EnglishAbility to work flexible shifts and schedules, inclusive of weekends and some holidaysAbility to multi-task and work calmly and effectively under pressure, in a fast-paced environmentAbility to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.Ability to stand and walk up to 10 hours per shiftAbility to perform essential functions to Cooper's Hawk standards with reasonable accommodationCooper's Hawk reviews several factors when establishing compensation.
