We are seeking a personable individual to work with clients as a Showing Specialist. We are a vibrant and busy real estate team in need of showing agents to host open houses for properties in the area, help lead generate daily, set and go on appointments, and more.

Must be licensed to apply, or close to being licensed (about halfway done with school).

Responsibilities:
--- Assist our agents by showing homes to buyer clients, as well as identifying homes that meet the specified -criteria from the needs analysis
--- Working with clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes
--- Must be willing to work weekends
--- Daily Lead generation in the office
--- Be in the office when not on appointments
--- Held to all team standards and productivity standards
--- Meet all daily, weekly, and monthly goals

Qualifications:
--- Real Estate License Required (Must be currently enrolled in a Real Estate class or already be licensed)
--- Ability to use or quickly learn real estate-specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
--- Ability to analyze clients' needs and wants and match them to homes
--- Independent and self-motivated
--- Professional in attitude and appearance
--- Possess the ability to connect with a variety of personalities
--- Enthusiastic with excellent people skills
