DescriptionPosition OverviewAs a key member of the Monetization
strategy and pricing operations team at Sprinklr you will leverage
data, analytics, and market research to inform pricing decisions,
drive revenue growth, and optimize monetization models to unlock
short- and long-term revenue for the company.The ideal candidate
will possess a deep understanding of pricing strategies, market
dynamics, and customer behavior, along with strong analytical
skills and strategic thinking. Additionally, experience conducting
primary market research is necessary.You will closely partner with
stakeholders from different departments such as product, marketing,
finance, and sales to define packaging and pricing models. You will
also analyze pricing scenarios, discounting frameworks, and
packaging options within our diverse product portfolio. Proficiency
in data manipulation, visualization, and financial modeling is
imperative for this role.A proven track record of successfully
leading pricing initiatives and driving revenue growth in the
consulting space for software companies is needed.If you are

Responsibilities
- Define pricing and packaging strategies for Sprinklr's products
and services, ensuring alignment with business objectives and
market demand.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for the successful
introduction of new products, from ideation to launch.
- Define the monetization strategy for new products being
launched.
- Partner with Product/Engineering, Marketing, Sales and CS, and
Finance to determine and execute strategic pricing
initiatives.
- Develop data analyses and conduct experiments to support
pricing and packaging decisions.
- Conduct comprehensive quantitative and qualitative market
research and competitive analysis to identify pricing trends,
customer preferences, and growth opportunities.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize and recommend new
product and pricing strategies to maximize revenue.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize monetization models to
ensure profitability.
- Collaborate closely with the finance team to develop insight
into costs and margins, including leveraging data to uncover ways
to minimize COGS.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, sales,
finance, and marketing teams to align pricing strategies with
product roadmap and go-to-market plans.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators and analytics
related to pricing and monetization, and provide regular reporting
and analysis to senior management.
- Ability to work on multiple projects and flexibility to change
priorities when needed.Position Requirements
- Demonstrated expertise in monetization and pricing with a
minimum of 3 years in management consulting, with a particular
focus on software companies.
- A focus on delivering user outcomes while owning the business
outcomes for a product portfolio.
- Significant hands-on analytical expertise.
- Excellent communication and time management skills - ability to
communicate complicated concepts clearly, including the ability to
influence and collaborate across different functional teams and
attention to details.
- Ability to manage workload within a fast-paced, energetic, and
dynamic workplace.
- Experience conducting primary research (qualitative interviews,

salary range for this role at minimum, midpoint and maximum is
shown above. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired close to
or at the maximum of the salary range. At Sprinklr, base pay
depends on multiple individualized factors, including experience,
qualifications, job-related knowledge and skills, and geographic
location. Base pay also depends on the relative experience,
knowledge, skills to our internal peers in the role. Base pay is
only one part of our competitive Total Rewards package: the
successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in
Sprinklr's discretionary bonus plan, commission plan and/or equity
plan, depending on role.US-based Sprinklr employees are eligible
