Director of Performance Marketing to lead the strategy,
integration, and execution of performance marketing across all
categories and regions. This role is responsible for building and
operating a scalable marketing engine that drives demand, pipeline
growth, and measurable business impact. The Director of Performance
Marketing provides day-to-day leadership across Marketing’s shared
services capabilities, including demand generation, insights and
operational excellence, and content and creative , ensuring
alignment, consistency, and effective execution. This role partners
closely with leaders across the business to prioritize initiatives,
establish clear timelines, and deliver results with speed and
discipline. The position reports to the Chief Marketing Officer and
is based in the Milwaukee, WI area with a hybrid work arrangement .
Key Responsibilities Performance Marketing Strategy & Leadership
Develop and execute the performance marketing strategy across all
categories and regions. Lead and integrate shared marketing
capabilities to drive consistent execution and impact. Partner with
business leaders to prioritize initiatives, establish timelines,
and ensure delivery on time and within budget. Develop and maintain
global brand standards and mechanisms to support compliance, reduce
variance, and increase pipeline impact. Demand Generation &
Pipeline Lead demand generation efforts, including campaigns, lead
nurturing, tradeshows, and Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).
Continuously refine approaches to maximize impact and pipeline
growth. Ensure omnichannel programs are data-driven, measured, and
optimized. Sales Enablement Ensure sales enablement consistency
across categories. Improve quote and proposal processes, including
template development and cross-functional alignment. Lead
technology-enabled execution within existing CRM and sales support
platforms. Insights & Operational Excellence Drive a data-driven
mindset through the creation and use of insights, metrics, and KPI
dashboards. Lead continuous improvement efforts across marketing
operations and execution. Content & Creative Ensure compelling,
consistent messaging and strong brand governance across marketing
programs. Marketing Technology, Automation & AI Advance marketing
automation capabilities with an AI-first mindset to improve
efficiency, scalability, and performance. Qualifications Required
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration,
Communications, or a related field. 10 years of experience in B2B
marketing, including demand generation, customer and market
intelligence, and sales enablement. Proven experience delivering
results in a complex, matrixed organization. Strong prioritization,
project management, and delegation skills. Ability to manage
multiple stakeholders and competing priorities with urgency and
adaptability. Clear, effective communicator with the ability to
engage senior leaders and cross-functional teams. What We Offer At
