What you'll do:

The Raw Materials Supervisor is fundamental to our team, managing - 10 truckloads of raw materials a day. You'll partner with production and supervise -2 direct reports. This is key to our success, and so are you.

On a high level, to be successful in the role, you'll:

Motivate and influence others. Are you able to influence others without having authority?

Manage -10 truckloads of raw materials a day

Supervise a small team -and partnering with production operators and other functions

Interface with sales and R&D.

What you'll need to be successful and safe:

* High School Diploma or GED and years of experience. BA/BS degree in related field or years of experience.
* 5+ years of experience supervising
* 5+ years of experience influencing others and partnering with numerous functions.
* Intermediate to advanced computer skills and applications such as SAP, Excel, etc.
